Please be sure to fill out a return form and include it with your return item(s). All items must be returned to us in the condition they were received in. Item must be returned unworn, unwashed and smoke, deodorant, and perfume free.
What is your online return & exchange policy?
- Bailey Nicole will accept online returns within 14 days of purchase, and online store credit within 21 days of purchase.
- After 21 days of purchase, all items are final sale.
- Items purchased with a temporary discount code of 30% or more are Final Sale.
- Items purchased with a temporary sale of 25% or less are exchange only. We do not issue a refund for anything purchased with a discount code, coupon, or during a temporary promotion such as a 20% Off, BOGO 25%, Fall15 etc.
- Garments must be unworn + unwashed with all original tags attached.
- Merchandise that cannot be returned includes: jewelry, sale items, last call items or gift cards.
- Due to limited quantity of inventory, we do not accept any exchanges at this time. If you are hoping to make an “exchange”, you must return your item and place a new order for the new size/style. Return item must meet all conditions of return as outlined in this document.
- All customers are responsible for the return shipping cost.
If any returns do not meet the requirements above, your order will be returned to you immediately. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the items have any signs of wear, alterations, misuse or damage. - Our team checks all items for any damages or defective areas before shipping them out to you, but we know we are human and sometimes make mistakes.
- Damages must be reported to us prior to wearing the garment. Tags must still be attached and all requirements met for returns listed above in the return policy.
- All reports must be made within 3 days of receiving your garment. If the report is made within 3 days of receiving, we will cover return shipping and replace if we have the item or we will issue a refund for the purchase.
- Please contact us immediately at email@example.com and provide us with a picture of the damaged/defective area. Please include your name and order number.
